WHAT IS SCENTSY?
Scentsy is a wickless, flameless, candle company that offers many cute warmers and over 80 sensational scents. There is a 25 watt light bulb in the bottom of the warmer and a dish on top that holds the scented wax allowing it to melt due to the heat of the light...and releasing the best smelling goodness you've EVER smelt!
The scented wax comes in little cute plastic containers. It looks like a little ice cube tray providing you with SIX cubes of scented wax. Each square lasts 10-13 hours which means your whole bar will last you 60-80 hours. How this works is you break off a cube or two (depending on how strong you want your candle, I usually just use one, it's plenty of scent for me) and drop it in the dish...and turn it on! In a mater of a few minutes, your ENTIRE house will be smelling amazing! Because there is no flame, the wax does not dissolve into the air (keeping your home free of soot and who knows what else) the wax just melts and releases the scent. Because of this, there will come a time where the wax is no longer releasing scent, all you need to do is just dump it into the garbage, wipe it out with a paper towel and put a new scent in! It's very easy to change your scent as well. If there is still scent remaining, you can re-use it by just dumping it back into the container it came in, wiping the dish out, and then putting a new scent in! Mixing scents to make great combinations is also really fun! I leave my warmers on 24 hours a day because they're safe and makes my home smell so great!
