Ending 2011 with a BANG

When your 5 year old thinks he is Evil Kenevil and tries to jump a dirt ramp with a whole on the other side, he ends up hitting his crossbar with his head. Then a neighbor kid who sees all the blood freaks out and calls 911. These guys along with an ambulance and two sheriff trucks come to your house.

We are all very thankful that the injury wasn't any worse and that Tate will be fine in a few days. We all learned lots of lessons from this experience. I learned that when the spirit tells me to find Tate and Brody, I find them and I don't get distracted!! And my boys learned that when I tell them to not play at the wash because it is not safe I am not kidding! We are just thankful for angels that really did watch over him and all the scary things the peramedics were watching for didn't happen. At least the hospital wasn't busy and we were able to make it home in time to celebrate the New Year and watch some fireworks!
