My Boys

Saturday night Mike was holding Rex and all the boys wanted to see. I just had to take a picture. Aren't I the luckiest person in the world to have these 4 hansom boys to take care of me. Brody and Tate have been so fun with Rex. Tate likes to call him baby Cute instead of baby Rex and Brody likes to admire from a distance. He loves to be my big helper and get diapers and things for him. Many of you have asked me why I went into labor so early and the short version of the story is on Saturday the 23rd I started having contractions so we went to the hospital and after lots of drugs they weren't able to stop my labor. They believed that I had an infection in my uterus so it was better for Rex to be out than in. I ended up having him on Sunday evening. After that I had to stay in the hospital because when it comes to drugs I have the worst luck and had a really bad reaction to the antibiotics. I had the greatest nurses ever and my doctor is one of my heroes. I am glad that this happened on my third child instead of my first because it will be some time before I am ready to endure anything close to that week again. But Rex and I are all better now and I can't believe that he is here with us. We really have been so blessed and I personally think I needed a little wake up call in my life to see all that I have been blessed with.
