Rex

Tonight while I was feeding Rex I had one of those mom moments when you look at your baby and you get really sad at how fast he is growing. It seems like just yesterday I was in the hospital for a week with my little man and now here we are 4 1/2 months later. I realized tonight that I haven't really been documenting his life like I did with my other two. I remember when Brody was little I took so many pictures of him and I remember people telling me that after your first you won't take as many pictures. I promised myself that I would not do this. I was going to try to document every child the same. Well tonight I realized that I have broken that promise with Rex and need to do better. So right then and there I went and grabbed my camera and took some pictures not because he was in a really cute outfit or he was ready for a special event but because it was Sunday night and I needed to take some pictures of my baby so that one day I can look back on them and remember how sweet and wonderful this little boy is and how much joy he has brought into my home. Some of the cute things he is doing right now is, he loves his family, he will give any of us the biggest grin in the world. He loves to talk. He coos to me all day long and I love how when he does it he looks at me like he really thinks I can understand him and the funny thing is, I do. He has the sweetest disposition and is such an easy baby. As long as I keep him well fed and his diaper changed he is always happy. So here is my favorite picture of the night and a picture from about a month ago to show how much he is changing and growing.
